To ensure complete transparency, we’ve laid down a standard universal cancellation policy and terms applicable for all bookings made with us.
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. While we would want to extend all due consideration to your circumstances, but given hotel and other supplier constraints and the nature of the industry we work in we are forced to collect the below cancellation fees as per the below policy.
For cancellations done prior to 45 days or more of departure, 30% cancellation fees would apply.
For cancellations done between 31 to 44 days of departure, 50% cancellation fees would apply.
For cancellations done between 11 to 30 days of departure, 75% cancellation fees would apply.
For cancellations done within 10 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees would apply. No refunds would be made.
Terms & Conditions:
Liability of tour operators is limited to the extent of the booking amount received from the customer.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
Tour package is not available for certain specific black out dates (including Dasara, Christmas and New Year) and certain long weekends. Peak season surcharge may apply during this period.
Full payment does not automatically assure package booking and acceptance by the tour operator.
Booking is confirmed and accepted only when booking vouchers are issued for a particular booking.
In case booking is not accepted, full refund would be made to the customer or adjusted against an alternate booking as desired by the customer.
In the case of unavailability of the hotel(s) specified, alternate accommodation will be available in similar category hotel(s).
Availability and prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received for a package.
Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation & will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
The itineraries given in different packages are sample itineraries created to give the traveller a general idea of the trip schedule. The itineraries given in the website can change during or before journey due to various factors like weather conditions, road conditions, etc.
We reserve the right to alter any itinerary when concerned about safety, comfort & general well being of our customers.
We shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. All baggages & private property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Please Note : We won’t be responsible for any prices arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad climate, etc.
Our charges are primarily based on the prevailing charges as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airways retain the right to change the charges with out notice. In case of such modifications the charges quoted earlier than the modification, could be changed by us in accordance with the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based mostly on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated within the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations within the programme or bills incurred – directly or indirectly – resulting from natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of equipment or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
